Inside most organizations, the person who understands a broken process precisely is not the person with the time, budget, or technical vocabulary to fix it. Atrivia exists to close that distance.
Most AI tools start from a prompt and end at a screen. That is fine for a demo and risky for a business, because the interesting part of any real workflow is the rules — the exceptions, the thresholds, the judgment calls that live in a policy document or in one experienced person's head.
Atrivia starts there instead. It reads what you already have, asks about what it can't see, writes the rules down for you to approve, and only then builds. Afterwards it tests the result against examples you supplied, and tells you plainly which parts were proven and which were not.
The goal is not to make you an AI expert. It's to let your existing expertise become working software without a six-month project.

The person living the problem knows more about it than any model does. Our job is translation, not replacement.

If the right fix is a process change or a better spreadsheet, that's the recommendation — even when building something would be more impressive.
