Your business material is the whole point of the platform, so it is treated as yours throughout.
What we store
Your account details, the documents and data you upload, the projects and versions you create, and a record of the actions taken in your workspace.
Why we store it
Uploaded material is used to reason about your problem, generate your solution, and validate it. The activity record exists so every decision in a project can be traced later.
Sensitive details are removed automatically
Before anything you upload is saved or read by the AI, we scan it for personal identifiers — Social Security and national ID numbers, payment card numbers, bank and routing numbers, medical record numbers, passport numbers, dates of birth, phone numbers and email addresses — and replace them with a placeholder. Spreadsheet columns named for those details are masked in full. You are told how many items were hidden, and the record of the upload keeps only the counts, never the values.
Who can see what
Every page and every request is checked against your membership of a workspace, and the database enforces the same rule again underneath. Viewers can read but not change or delete. A project is private until you choose to publish it, and a share link only ever exposes the single version you published.
Workspace isolation
Content in your workspace is visible only to your account and anyone you invite. It is never shared with other customers and is not used to train models on your behalf.
The shared demo
The public demo runs in a shared sandbox workspace. Anything created there is visible to other visitors, so never put confidential material into the demo.
Deletion
You can delete documents, datasets, and projects at any time. Request full workspace deletion through the contact page and we will remove it.
